CITY COUNCILLOR WARDS 3 & 4
A STRONGER FUTURE STARTS ON YOUR STREET.
Your home. Your street. Your family. Your tax dollars.
Neighbourhood priorities explained clearly - what the City controls, what practical action is possible and what happens next.

Why I'm running
Ajit Seerha came to Canada in 2014 and has called Wards 3 and 4 home ever since.
Ajit's experience in business, real estate and film production has required careful budgeting, negotiation, problem-solving and bringing different people together to deliver results. He understands how decisions at City Hall affect homes, neighbourhoods and household budgets.
Four practical priorities
Support legal additional residential units, consistent property standards and practical parking solutions - fairly applied to owners, renters and neighbourhoods.
Work for safer roads, practical traffic calming, better lighting and reliable neighbourhood services where evidence shows they are needed.
Focus on safer school zones and crossings, accessible recreation and dependable services for children, families and seniors.
Focus spending on dependable core services, question costs and trade-offs, and report back in clear language on decisions and progress.
